BIO
Born in Casablanca to a Moroccan mother and an Egyptian father, Wiam Wael has always been shaped by a blend of cultures, perspectives, and creative influences. Before stepping into the worlds of modeling and the arts, Wiam followed an unconventional path. She spent three years studying mechanics, mechatronics, and repair, an experience that led to a six-month internship as a mechanic at Harley-Davidson. Working closely with motorcycles deepened a fascination with craftsmanship and sparked an enduring passion for Harley-Davidson and motorcycle culture. After earning her technical diploma, Wiam shifted direction and pursued Corporate Services and Accounting, graduating from high school in the field. Today, she is studying acting and cinematographic techniques, continuing to explore new forms of storytelling, performance, and self-expression. Art plays an important role in her life. She is particularly drawn to museums, where she finds the opportunity to slow down, observe, and understand what an artist is trying to communicate through their work. That same curiosity extends to fashion—not only as a means of expression, but as an industry, a craft, and a cultural language. Her interest in understanding fashion beyond the surface has led her to complete certifications and courses including LVMH’s Creation & Branding, Operations & Supply Chain, and Retail & Customer Experience; Bocconi University’s Management of Fashion and Luxury Companies; and MoMA’s Fashion as Design. At the heart of everything is a constant desire to experiment and discover new ways of expressing herself. Whether painting and drawing, photographing music jam sessions, journaling, spending an afternoon at a museum, or going to the cinema, Wiam is continuously exploring the intersection between art, fashion, culture, and storytelling. For her, modeling is another part of that exploration—a space where image, emotion, movement, and identity can come together.
