Juan Antonio Méndez Sciaraffi was born in Santiago, Chile, and grew up in the comuna of La Florida in Santiago. He is a former semi-professional basketball player. From a young age, he pursued his education abroad, beginning with a high school scholarship in California, followed by studies in Argentina and eventually back in Chile. His path into modeling began unexpectedly, but it quickly became a passion. Juan is deeply driven by communication and the desire to inspire others. In addition to his modeling career, he shares his life through blogging and creates music—particularly drawn to jazz, which he loves. He was studying Business Management in the United States when he chose to leave his studies to pursue opportunities in modeling and social media, driven by his long-standing interest in fashion. Today, Juan also runs his own streetwear brand, combining creativity, style, and entrepreneurship into his growing portfolio.
